Pack your bags, we are flying to Fuerteventura for a unique photo shoot event.

Summary:

• We offer two dates: Jan25-29 & Jan29-Feb2, one date or (discounted) both dates can be booked
• 5 days, 4 nights
• 3 shooting days = 18 hrs. photo sessions
• 4-5 international models
• 2 photographers per model
• Photography in the villas and outdoor locations
• 4 nights in single room with breakfast (buffet) and dinner (buffet)
• incl. transfer from the airport
• Early booking discount: -140€ for booking before July 31st
• Additional discount: -180€ when booking both travel dates

Program:

Day 1: Arrival

Day 2: 3 hrs. shooting in the morning, 3 hrs. shooting in the afternoon

Day 3: 3 hrs. shooting in the morning, 3 hrs. shooting in the afternoon

Day 4: 3 hrs. shooting in the morning, 3 hrs. shooting in the afternoon

Day 5: Departure

Shooting Sessions:

• We will photograph in the villas, pool, jacuzzi etc. as well as drive together to outdoor locations. The transport will be organized by us with rental cars.
• Every day we plan one session in the morning and one in the afternoon. For each session we have planned 3 hours (including preparation time, breaks for the models etc.).
• Models change for each session, so each photographer will be able to work with each model.
• Specifically on which day we use which location, we will decide on site based on the weather forecast and in consultation with the photographers. We try to respond to wishes.
• Individual shoot/private shoot: outside the official workshop times there is also the possibility to book a model for a 1on1 shoot. The conditions (time, duration, location, fee) are agreed directly between photographer and model. We are glad to help with the arrangement and organization.

Villa: accommodation and location

We have rented four luxurious villas exclusively for our group, right next to each other. The villas will be our accommodation but also used for photo shoots.

Each villa has:

• 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet (see floor plan)
• Living room with sofa and TV
• Kitchen (fully equipped)
• Private swimming pool
• Whirlpool / Jacuzzi
• Air condition
• WIFI
• 120 sqm roof terrace

Outdoor locations

With rental cars we will drive together to beautiful outdoor locations. Fuerteventura offers a very diverse nature: from white to black beaches, from desert/dunes to Mars landscapes.

We have very varied and unusual locations in the plan. On site we will decide, depending on the weather, on which day we will photograph at which location.

Bring

• Camera

• 4 nights in single room with breakfast (buffet) and dinner (buffet)
• 3 shooting days with two sessions (morning/afternoon) of 3 hours each (incl. preparation time, breaks for the models etc.)
• 18 hrs. shooting sessions in total

• Tutor fee
• Non-commercial image rights. The pictures taken during the workshop may be used for your own portfolio (e.g. homepage, Instagram, Facebook, model index, photo community, 500px etc.); sale or transfer to third parties is excluded.

Not included in the price:

• Flights, flight costs
• Alcoholic drinks (beer, wine)
• Additional individual shootings outside the workshop times

• Payment:
  • 50% deposit upon registration
  • 50% balance by October 30th
• Cancellation policy:
  • Cancellation by participant, no-show or not paying the balance on time: the deposit is non-refundable.
